VERY RARE jeweled tassel brooch stamped with the square JOSEFF tag. This tag was in use for a very short time during the 1930’s/1940’s before Eugene Joseff’s death, which dates this piece to the early 1940’s. set with 3 brilliant pre-war Czech cut stones, this piece is a unique stunner with movement and sparkle.
